Kudos to you if you were able to get Darlene from not knowing the Doctor at all to cracking psychic paper jokes in a year.
You know, though, I’m an old school fan myself, so I would’ve had Puppy eating jelly babies. 🙂
@SKleefeld: Actually it was our friend Mark (the gent who married us) who sent us the Ninth Doctor DVDs for Christmas last year. I know Doctor Who from Tom Baker era but the Whoniverse was 100% unknown to Darlene.

Doctor Who is kinda a hard sell for me: either it’ll seem overhyped, or I’ll dig it and have yet another thing to suck me in : /

Was Puppy just messing with Yuri’s head? I know I do that to my friends sometimes (watch them dig themselves into a nerd hole).

@zjsimon: I thought it would’ve been for Darlene, but she was hooked after the first episode with the 9th Doctor. And don’t get me started on the 10th Doctor!
