Donut shop is based on a local one, but Typhoid Larry is based on a shuttlevan driver in San Francisco. Right down to the flop sweat.

    Also at Burger King… I worked register during hot summer days in the air conditioned front counter, but customers would walking in off of the hot n’ gritty street and insist on paying with wet dollar bills that they would produce from the oddest places.

    Surely, pockets are convenient, but one would rather keep money in their socks because they were playing basketball ALL DAY, or women would keep cash in their braziers because stretch pants on a large women leave nothing to the imagination…. At this point I’m just venting things that I have yet to get over.

    When I worked at the video store people would return the boxes sticky. Don’t get me started on the porn section.
